1. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an entry to the TerraForma International Sculpture Prize ("Competition"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not submit an entry.

2. Eligibility

The Competition is open to artists worldwide who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of TerraForma International and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Entry Requirements

All entries must:

  • Be original works created by the entrant
  • Be sculptures suitable for outdoor display
  • Not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights
  • Be submitted before the applicable deadline
  • Include all required documentation and images

4. Entry Fees

Entry fees are as follows:

  • Early Bird Entry: $650 USD (Deadline: April 30, 2026)
  • Regular Entry: $800 USD (Deadline: May 21, 2026)
  • Late Entry: $950 USD (Deadline: May 30, 2026)

All entry fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

5. Judging Criteria

Entries will be judged by our International Jury Panel based on:

  • Artistic merit and originality
  • Technical excellence and craftsmanship
  • Conceptual depth and relevance
  • Suitability for outdoor/environmental contexts
  • Overall visual impact and innovation

6. Prizes

The following prizes will be awarded:

  • Grand Prize: $100,000 USD Cash Prize
  • Top 5 Winners: 1-Year Mentorship Program, Invitation to Australia
  • Top 20 Finalists: Global Digital Exhibition, Official Recognition

Prize winners are responsible for any taxes applicable in their jurisdiction. Travel and accommodation arrangements for finalists are subject to availability and terms specified at the time of notification.

7. Intellectual Property

Entrants retain all intellectual property rights to their submissions. By entering, you grant TerraForma International a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your submission for promotional and exhibition purposes related to the Competition.

8. Liability

TerraForma International shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Competition, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

9. Modifications

TerraForma International reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to registered participants via email.
